RN #225 (B) Gene Tree Haplogroups

This notebook contains my work on the JONES surname haplogroups.  Over time I put together a "big picture" of all gene tree haplogroups known to date.  The figure is shown below.

For the JONES surname [ n=235]:
     haplogroup R = 78%
          R1b = 76%
          R1a =   2%
     haplogroup I = 11%
     haplogroup E=   6%
     haplogroup G=   3%
     haplogroup J=    2%
